Recognizing the critical need for a successful organizational change, they sought our expertise in change communication, change leadership, and CMiC system training to maximize adoption and minimize resistance. ### Our Tailored Approach #### Integrating Lessons Learned All was not lost with their previous attempt at an ERP implementation; valuable lessons were learned, and we aimed to put those to good use. We tailored our approach to overcome historical roadblocks effectively. #### Communication Strategy We developed a robust communication strategy, focusing on transparency and clarity to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the implementation process. By drafting clear and concise communications tailored to specific audiences, we ensured employees understood the benefits of CMiC and how it would positively impact their day-to-day operations. #### Training & Support Recognizing the importance of equipping employees with the necessary skills to navigate CMiC, we provided Super-User and Train-the-Trainer trainings. From training materials to hands-on classes, we built employees’ confidence in the system. #### Change Leadership Workshop We facilitated a Change Leadership Workshop, featuring the DiSC Work of Leaders® from Wiley to empower leaders with the tools and strategies needed to drive successful change. This workshop fostered a culture of openness, collaboration, and empowerment, leading to increased buy-in and support for the CMiC implementation.   > #### "We couldn't have done this without Palmer." > > ##### - Chief Information Officer ### Deliverables & Impact **Improved Employee Understanding.** Our Change Pulse Surveys revealed significant increases in employees’ understanding of the improvements CMiC would bring to the company and how it would affect their day-to-day work. **Increased Confidence.** Employees reported heightened confidence in their ability to performed their jobs in CMiC, supported by the right training and resources. **Positive Perception.** The Change Leadership Workshop led to nearly a 40% increase in the number of employees reporting positive perceptions about the CMiC implementation, demonstrating leaders’ consistent messaging and increased support for the change. **Informed and Prepared.** As the client prepares to go live on CMiC, they do so with a team of employees who understand the system, feel confident in their abilities, and are informed about the changes affecting them. With our collaborative efforts, our client is ready to see a return on their investment in CMiC.
