This role partners closely with clients & Palmer team members to lead large-scale process and system transformation initiatives—bringing operational credibility, strategic thinking, and practical problem solving. Great candidates have experience solving complex challenges involving ERP optimization, inventory and equipment management, and operational process improvement.
