##### Sr. Business Consultant

###### FULL-TIME | REMOTE | U.S.

We’re looking for a Sr. Business Consultant with deep **construction accounting** and **ERP transformation** experience to help construction companies improve how work gets done across accounting, operations, and technology. This role partners closely with clients & Palmer team members to lead large-scale process and system transformation initiatives—bringing operational credibility, strategic thinking, and practical problem solving. Great candidates have experience solving complex challenges involving ERP optimization, inventory and equipment management, and operational **process improvement**.
