Sr. Business Consultant
FULL-TIME | REMOTE | U.S.

We’re looking for a Sr. Business Consultant with deep construction accounting and ERP transformation experience to help construction companies improve how work gets done across accounting, operations, and technology. This role partners closely with clients & Palmer team members to lead large-scale process and system transformation initiatives—bringing operational credibility, strategic thinking, and practical problem solving. Great candidates have experience solving complex challenges involving ERP optimization, inventory and equipment management, and operational process improvement.
