Houston, TX – When a leading environmental and ecosystem restoration contractor came to Palmer, they faced a common challenge: their out-of-the-box CMiC BI dashboards weren’t delivering the tailored insights their business needed. Their team was bogged down by manual processes—exporting and merging data to answer routine questions—and struggling to build dashboards that matched their specific workflows. They needed a solution quickly.

#### Build & Train

At Palmer, we thrive on solving challenges like these. We partnered with this client to address two key needs: creating custom dashboards and equipping their team with the skills to sustain and build on their reporting and dashboard capabilities. Starting with their prioritized list of requirements, we delivered over a dozen custom dashboards spanning job costing, billing, company-wide performance, equipment costing, WIP, and more.

We then delivered hands-on training to one of their team members using our CMiC BI Core & Shell training package. By blending practical instruction with real-time application, we empowered their team to create dashboards independently and confidently, know we are just a call away if they hit a roadblock.
