ERP VALUE ASSESSMENT
Advanced Value
Score range: 51-67
Your organization is receiving meaningful business value from its ERP investment. The opportunity is in continuous improvement.
The Advanced Value Score
(51-67)
There are usually two factors behind the Advanced score: strong operations and/or "bright spots."
Strong operations. Your organization has likely gotten the fundamentals right. Financial visibility is solid, project performance is tracked well, and day-to-day reporting is trusted. What's still developing is the next tier: using the system's data more strategically for things like forward-looking analytics, cross-project benchmarking, or automation that removes manual work.
Bright spots. You may have a team or function that's using the ERP exceptionally well, often because a specific leader or group championed it, but that excellence hasn't spread evenly across the business yet. Your ERP's overall value looks strong on average, but individual experience with it varies more than the score alone suggests.
The Advanced score reflects a real foundation that many GCs never fully reach. From here, the opportunity is being intentional about where to push next, whether that's scaling what's working or unlocking more strategic value from an ERP that's already earning its keep.
